Eden's passion for women's health, and health in general, is deeply personal.

The challenges her family faced served as a catalyst for her journey, prompting her to dive deeper into the intersection of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With a background in healthcare, Eden's insights are informed by both rigorous research and real-world experience. She has spent years curating the latest studies on aging, hormonal health, and mental wellness, carefully crafting her approach to address the full spectrum of health challenges women face during midlife and beyond. Her books blend this research with practical, actionable strategies that make complex health topics accessible.
