After seeing how stress impacts her patients, colleagues, and her own health, Dr. Yont trained through the Benson-Henry Institute at Harvard/Mass General Hospital to teach these life-changing tools. She now shares her knowledge with individuals, healthcare professionals, and organizations who want to feel calmer, healthier, and more in control of their lives.
